We run a handful of sessions a year, capped at twelve people so everyone gets to be wrong out loud at least once. Held in the studio unless a piece of work takes us somewhere better.

Four films, paused constantly. We take apart why a shot holds and what it would lose one stop brighter. No equipment, no prerequisites, a lot of arguing.
One evening - 02
The grade as a decision
Build a look from a reference still, then defend it against a director who wants it warmer. You leave with a LUT you understand rather than one you downloaded.
Two days - 03
Cutting for breath
Rhythm, not coverage. We work a single scene into four different edits and watch what each one does to the performance underneath.
Two days - 04
Location sound, honestly
What you can fix later, what you cannot, and the five minutes of room tone that save the whole post schedule.
